Our technical services team can perform an assessment and, together with you, make up a maintenance program to fit your cruising and usage plans. We liaise with shipyards to oversee repairs and take necessary preparations to decrease downtime.
LMS has the accreditation, experience, and structure to support your yacht’s operations for all ISM and ISPS requirements. Moreover, we apply a dynamic and pro-active approach to Flag State Inspections and provide a close follow up of Port State Controls to ensure the yacht’s continued operation.

Training
All payroll, endorsement and contract supporting services for the crew are organised and managed from our central office. Close and frequent interaction with the relevant legislative bodies and flag states facilitates the smooth handling of paperwork and red tape.
Practical arrangements are managed by our service desk, working with some preferred partners to make practical arrangements for the crew look easy.
Maritime regulations are an important part of engaging crew, and we will assist in ensuring the application of the Maritime Labour Convention both on shore and aboard.
